We are looking for solutions enabling effective monitoring of our downstream supply chains. How to monitor the location of individual products, both during the delivery process as well as after the product is delivered to retailers?
We are looking for solutions will allow us to enhance our remote training and onboarding capabilities for example, solutions to track historic experience, current hard & soft skills and interests and utilizing same to recommend future training from a multi-source catalogue. Other solutions of interest would help improve the process of rolling out virtual training and onboarding sessions e.g. breakout into subgroups, ability for participants to raise questions anonymously for trainer and trainee to exchange materials. Solutions need to be easy to use and relatively light on processing resources
We are looking for solutions which will support management in both identifying and streamlining activities that are not actively generating a value-add to our clients. From an identification perspective, we look for a means of systemically tracking core application usage and time spent on auxiliary tasks such as email management, meetings and calls with the aim of identifying teams and processes which may benefit from additional automation or operational change. We require a deep level of detail with supporting metrics and reporting capabilities which can enable compare and contrast exercises across similar teams and sites functionality, as these will be the drivers for future efficiency initiatives within the Bank. From a streamlining perspective, we are interested in solutions which increase our ability to delegate and track tasks in a user friendly manner. Outside of basic delegation functionality, solutions which incorporate centralized administration, authorized work recipients and an intuitive, graphical exception based UI are of particular interest"
During the course of the month the risk assessment team generates around 10 million words across tens of thousands of individual cases. The challenge is to use sophisticated tools like natural language processing, named entity recognition and sentiment analysis to generate insight into how the text looks like and what additional information or connections we would be able to take away from such a huge data set in order to reuse information more efficiently and increase risk coverage.
